In Mella Heartmade we want the pieces you purchase to be to your complete satisfaction, and most importantly that they are useful to you.

We have made a special effort to ensure that shipments are made in conditions that guarantee the integrity of the piece, looking for the best packaging materials and Correos as courier company.

As we do not work with casts nor molds, our pieces are unique, the result of an unrepeatable creation process.

We try that the photographs that illustrate each of the pieces are as close to reality, there may be differences in shade, brightness, size or colour.

To make an exchange or return you must first contact us at info@mellaheartmade.com and follow the instructions we send you. We will not be able to accept them if they do not respect this process.

The piece or pieces must be in the same condition in which it was delivered and must retain its original packaging and labelling.

The customer has a maximum period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise his right of withdrawal.

Once verified that the goods are in perfect condition and that the payment is confirmed, we will proceed to refund the amount of the article, although there will be no refund of the costs of the initial shipment, even if they were free at first for the customer.

The refund of the amount of the article will be made in the means of payment used for the purchase, within a maximum period of 15 days. In case of repeated returns by the same customer, we reserve the right not to make new shipments to that customer.
